The reservation becomes effective from the moment of payment of the deposit.

Every morning a breakfast will be served with products purchased from selected local producers.
We are happy if during your stay you want to buy Apulian products, but we ask you not to consume in the common areas of the House.

City tax

€ 1.20 per person / night from 1st October to 30th April
€ 2.50 per person / night from 1st June to 30th September

Withdrawal

• The terms of withdraw vary from period to period and they will be agreed at the booking.
• In the high season months, the withdrawal period to obtain a 50% refund extends to 60 days.
